Rescue at 122 degrees took two days to accomplish! 🥵

Mama Bear is a super-smart mom... she was not going to make it easy for me to save her and her family! She was hoping I would give up and go home, but here at #HopeForPaws we never give up!

The real hero of this story is Buzz. This kind homeless man lives under this bridge for 6 years now, and when Mama Bear showed up, he invited her to join his little family with his dog Papa Bear. He even allowed her to give birth inside his tent so the puppies won't lay in the dirt.
We gave Buzz some money so he can continue taking care of Papa Bear, and also to fix his bicycle. We also brought food, drinks, a couple of tents, and sleeping bags for him and his friends. We get to work quite often with the growing population of homeless people in our state, so if you have a sleeping bag or a tent you are not using, please consider donating them locally or you can send them to us and we will be happy to deliver them.

Winter is coming, it gets extremely cold at night in the desert, and I just can't imagine how terrible it is to live life like this. It's so sad because I don't understand how would anyone be able to get out of homelessness.
I am so happy I took my whole team with me - JoAnn Wiltz, Loreta Frankonyte, and Katie McKittrick because together we were able to accomplish this rescue safely.
After an overnight stay at the hospital to make sure everybody is well and healthy, the whole family continued to their foster with our friends at L.A. Animal Rescue! They have so many cute animals for adoption, and you should definitely check them out: www.LAAnimalRescue.org

I'm in Roscommon Ireland watching your clip-in 2021 17th April I thought it was really nice of that guy buzz is his name looking after the dogs for 6 years sad to think he's homeless in the States but at least the dogs have somebody nice to look after them

These people who couldn't even afford to get a pet, whose chances of having another opportunity to have puppies are pretty slim, would give them up if they knew it would be better for them. That's pretty amazing.

That man right there is your humanity looking back at you, People who have nothing and yet still step up when its needed, the animals it hurts when they are treated like garbage, I lost one of my dogs last year, cancer took him, I sobbed on and off for a week, I miss him so much he was my security blanket, he listened and comforted me, I have another one but she has always been my husbands. It hurts even more to see many people on the streets, something needs to change in our societies, these people used to be odd ones, now its becoming their own city within a city. A dangerous one at that.

I mean this with no disrespect to the channel or Eldad, but this video is a true indictment of the times we are living.
I think the reason why the mother didn’t immediately take Eldad to her babies is because that was probably not the actual sound of her babies since her babies probably have a different barking sound then the one from the videos. That’s just my theory.
I love Hope for Paws but there is something super sad about separating this family from Buzz... I know it's for the well being of the puppies but still... Only Eldad's mad charisma and emotional intelligence could have pulled this off.
